Miguel Vera Tabinas, 25, is a licensed professional teacher and third-year graduate student at Catanduanes Colleges, pursuing a Master of Arts in Education majoring in Supervision and Management. A MYELA scholar since 2015, he maintains a 96% academic average and aspires to become a researcher and data analyst to help advance educational reforms in rural communities.
